Nagarro is seeking a Director - Client Growth Partner (Retail & CPG) to drive strategic account growth, build executive relationships with CIOs/CTOs/CDOs, and position AI-enabled, cloud-native solutions that deliver measurable business value.

You will lead structured account planning, expand the breadth and depth of the engagement, and earn a seat at the top table for AI. Success means 15%+ YOY portfolio growth and securing client testimonials.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of key account leadership with a $20M+ portfolio in a professional services firm.
• Ability to credibly engage with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and business heads.

Responsabilidades

• Drive double-digit YOY growth at one or more strategic accounts.
• Position Nagarro as the strategic partner for AI transformation.
• Expand breadth and depth of engagements within assigned portfolios.
• Establish a lasting presence at the top table for AI in the managed accounts.
• Procure public testimonials and references from clients.
