Job summary

Nagarro is seeking a Director - Client Growth Partner to drive double-digit YOY growth for key IT consulting and manufacturing accounts. The role requires engaging CXOs and shaping AI transformation initiatives, with accountability for expanding engagement breadth within the portfolio.

You will lead growth for a 20M+ account, work closely with engineering and capability teams, and secure client testimonials. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days in office weekly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of key account leadership experience with large portfolios.
• Ability to engage CIOs/CTOs/CDOs and business heads with credible dialogue.
• AI fluency in an industry context and value-led conversations.
• Proven deal shaping and commercial acumen, comfortable with procurement negotiations.
• Collaborative operator working with engineering and capability teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow assigned portfolio by double-digit YOY growth targets.
• Achieve revenue targets through structured account planning and CXO engagement.
• Establish a senior-level seat at the AI strategy table with advisors and capability leads.
• Procure public testimonials and references about Nagarro's work.
