Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an AI Governance Process Lead to design and operationalize scalable governance for responsible AI adoption. You will work with ServiceNow AI Control Tower and risk teams to implement end-to-end governance across use cases.

The role emphasizes defining risk assessment methodologies, establishing governance operating models, and driving adoption through practical processes.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in AI governance and designing governance operating models.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, controls, attestation, residual risk, and exception processes.
• Proven ability to translate governance requirements into practical, executable processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the end-to-end AI governance lifecycle from use-case intake to retirement.
• Define AI risk assessment methodology and controls including attestation and exceptions.
• Establish governance roles and operating model linking business, risk, legal, and technology.
• Set clear criteria for when an AI use case is fully governed and compliant.
• Drive adoption by translating governance requirements into practical, executable processes.
