Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an AI Governance Process Lead to design and operationalize governance processes that enable safe, scalable AI adoption across client risk, compliance, and technology leaders within the ServiceNow Business Group.

You will own the end-to-end governance lifecycle, define risk assessment methodologies and controls, and establish roles that connect business, risk, legal, and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in AI governance design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with AICT or IRM.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, controls, and exception processes.
• Ability to translate governance requirements into executable processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the end-to-end AI governance lifecycle from intake to retirement.
• Define risk assessment methodology, controls, and exception management.
• Establish governance roles and operating model across business, risk, legal, and tech.
• Translate governance requirements into practical processes and guide rollout.
