Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an AI Governance Process Lead to design and operationalize governance processes for responsible AI adoption. You will work with ServiceNow AI Control Tower and risk/compliance teams to define risk assessment methods, controls, and retirement criteria across the AI lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in AI governance and governance operating models.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, controls, attestation, residual risk, and exception processes.
• Proven ability to translate governance requirements into practical, executable processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the end-to-end AI governance lifecycle from use-case intake to retirement.
• Define AI risk assessment methodology and controls including attestation and exception handling.
• Establish governance roles and an operating model connecting business, risk, legal, and tech stakeholders.
• Set clear criteria for when an AI use case is fully governed and compliant.
• Translate governance requirements into practical, executable processes and guide rollout.
