Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an AI Governance Process Lead. The role focuses on designing and operationalizing governance processes to enable responsible, safe, and scalable AI adoption.

You will work with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) and risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders across the organization. You will define risk assessment methodologies, establish governance models, and drive adoption by translating requirements into actionable processes.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in AI governance, including designing and implementing governance operating models.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, controls, attestation, residual risk, and exception processes.
• Proven ability to translate governance requirements into practical, executable processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the end-to-end AI governance lifecycle from use-case intake to retirement.
• Define AI risk assessment methodology and controls, including attestation and exception management.
• Establish governance roles and operating model connecting business, risk, legal, and technology stakeholders.
• Drive adoption by translating governance requirements into practical, executable processes and guiding stakeholders through rollout.
