Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an AI Governance Process Lead to design and operationalize scalable governance for responsible AI. You will work with ServiceNow AI Control Tower and risk teams to implement end-to-end governance across use cases, risk assessments, approvals, monitoring, and retirement.

The role emphasizes translating governance requirements into practical, executable processes and building operating models that align business, legal, risk, and technology

Qualifikationen

• Senior-level experience in AI governance and governance operating models.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) or IRM.

Aufgaben

• Design and own the end-to-end AI governance lifecycle from use-case intake to retirement.
• Define AI risk assessment methodology, controls, attestation, residual risk, and exception management.
• Establish governance roles and an operating model linking business, risk, legal, and tech.
• Set criteria for when an AI use case is fully governed and compliant.
• Translate governance requirements into practical, executable processes and guide rollout.
