Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an AI Governance Process Lead to design and operationalize processes enabling responsible AI adoption at scale within the ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) delivery teams.

You will own end-to-end AI governance lifecycle, define risk assessment methodologies, establish governance roles and an operating model across business, risk, legal, and technology, and drive adoption through practical, executable processes.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in AI governance with governance operating models.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AICT or IRM.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, controls, attestation, residual risk, and exception processes.
• Ability to translate governance requirements into executable processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the end-to-end AI governance lifecycle.
• Define AI risk assessment methodology and controls.
• Establish governance roles, responsibilities, and operating model.
• Set clear managed-state criteria for governance compliance.
• Drive adoption by translating governance requirements into executable processes.
