You will work with the ServiceNow AI Control Tower and risk/compliance teams to implement end-to-end governance, risk assessment, attestation, and exception management.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in AI governance design and implementation of governance operating models.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, controls, attestation, residual risk and exception processes.
• Proven ability to translate governance requirements into practical, executable processes.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI governance lifecycle from intake to retirement.
• Define AI risk assessment methodology and controls, including attestation and exception management.
• Establish governance roles and operating model connecting business, risk, legal and technology.
• Set clear criteria for when an AI use case is fully governed and compliant.
• Drive adoption by translating governance requirements into executable processes and guiding rollout.
