The role is remote in the USA, open to candidates nationwide, with growth from Marketing Manager to Head of Creative Strategy. You’ll drive messaging informed by consumer patterns and coordinate performance with paid channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years with D2C e-commerce brands.
• Ability to develop performance marketing campaign ideas and creative strategies informed by consumer insights.
• Understanding of how digital advertising platforms, including Meta, Google Search, and Demand Gen, work.
• Practical ability to use AI tools for research, ideation, creative briefs, and script development.

Responsibilities

• Turn research into relevant campaigns and briefs that connect customer needs with product benefits.
• Manage exclusive strategic affiliate partnerships and coordinate activities with marketing leadership.
• Write briefs, concepts, and ad scripts that guide AI video generation, design, and content teams.
• Collaborate with paid channels to bring assets to market and feed performance feedback into future concepts.
