Puffy, a nine-figure D2C brand and Top 5 US mattress company, is hiring a Marketing Manager, AI-First, to own the path from consumer insight to campaign. You’ll research shoppers, craft briefs and scripts, and guide AI-assisted creative outputs and partnerships, reporting to the Director of Marketing.

The role focuses on turning online shopper needs into high-performing campaigns across channels, with remote US work and clear growth from Marketing Manager to Head of Creative Strategy.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including D2C e-commerce.
• Ability to develop performance marketing ideas based on consumer insights.
• Understanding of Meta, Google Search, and Demand Gen platforms.
• Experience researching consumer preferences and market trends.
• Ability to translate findings into briefs, scripts and creative direction.
• Proficient with AI tools for research, ideation, and scripting.

Responsabilidades
