Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand, is hiring a Marketing Manager, AI-First, to own consumer insight to campaign execution. You will research customers, craft briefs and scripts, and guide AI-assisted creative output and partnerships.

This is a remote role open to candidates located in the United States, with direct reporting to the Director of Marketing. You will drive messaging grounded in shopper motivations, influence creative direction, and collaborate with paid channels to scale

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years with D2C e-commerce brands
• Ability to develop performance marketing campaign ideas and creative strategies informed by consumer insights
• Understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, Demand Gen)
• Ability to research consumer preferences, buying patterns, and market trends and translate findings into messaging
• Knowledge of ad copywriting, scriptwriting, and creating clear direction for creative teams
• Practical use of AI tools for research, ideation, briefs, and script development
• Ability to work independently, own projects, and collaborate with internal and external teams

Responsibilities

• Turn consumer research into campaigns, briefs, and scripts that connect customer needs with product benefits
• Manage selected exclusive strategic affiliate partnerships and coordinate partner activities
• Write briefs, concepts, and ad scripts for AI video generation, design, and content teams
• Collaborate with paid channel teams to bring finished assets to market and review performance
