Puffy, a market-leading, nine-figure D2C brand, seeks a Marketing Manager, AI-First, to own consumer insight to campaign. You’ll research shoppers, develop campaign strategies, and craft AI-assisted briefs and scripts, while managing selective affiliate partnerships and reporting to the Director of Marketing.

This remote US role accelerates growth, turning insights into high-performing creative and partnerships, with a direct line to leadership and a path to seniority within 1–2 years.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience including 2+ years with D2C e-commerce brands.
• Ability to develop performance marketing ideas and creative strategies based on consumer insights.
• Understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google Search, Demand Gen).
• Ability to research consumer preferences, buying patterns, and market trends.
• Understanding of ad copywriting, scriptwriting, and creative concept development.
• Practical use of AI tools for research, ideation, briefs, and script development.
• Ability to work independently, own projects, and collaborate with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Turn consumer insights into campaigns and messaging that drive performance.
• Manage exclusive strategic affiliate partnerships and review performance with leadership.
• Develop briefs, concepts, and ad scripts for AI video generation teams.
• Collaborate with paid channels to take finished assets to market and feed results back into concepts.
