Job summary

Puffy is hiring a Marketing Manager, AI-First, to own the path from consumer insight to campaign. You will research shoppers, build briefs and scripts, and guide AI-generated assets while partnering with affiliate programs for growth.

This role is remote in the US and reports to the Director of Marketing. You will work cross-functionally with design, paid media, and partnerships to turn insights into performance creative that moves the needle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, incl. 2+ years with D2C e-commerce brands.
• Ability to develop performance campaigns from consumer insights.
• Understanding of Meta, Google, and Demand Gen platforms.
• Research consumer preferences and translate into messaging.
• Experience with AI tools for research, briefs, and scripts.

Responsibilities

• Turn consumer research into campaigns and briefs.
• Lead AI-assisted creative briefs and scripts.
• Own partnerships with exclusive affiliates.
• Collaborate with paid channels to bring assets to market.
• Report to Director of Marketing and shape strategy.
