Job summary

Puffy, a nine-figure D2C brand and top US mattress seller, is hiring a Marketing Manager, AI‑First, to own consumer insight to campaign, including research, strategy, AI‑assisted briefs and scripts, and selected strategic partnerships. This individual contributor role reports to the Director of Marketing and is remote-first across the United States.

You will turn shopper needs into campaigns, briefs, and scripts that guide AI video generation and creative teams, collaborating with paid channels

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience with D2C e‑commerce brands.
• Experience with offline or generic retail marketing does not meet requirement.
• Ability to develop performance marketing ideas and creative strategies from consumer insights.
• Understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Ability to translate consumer research into messaging and creative direction.
• Experience writing briefs, ad scripts, and guiding creative teams.
• Practical use of AI tools for research, ideation, briefs and scripts.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Turn consumer insights into relevant campaigns and briefs for creative and paid channels.
• Manage exclusive strategic affiliate partnerships and review performance with marketing leadership.
