Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years with D2C e-commerce brands.
• Ability to develop performance marketing ideas and creative strategies from consumer insights.
• Experience with Meta, Google Search, and Demand Gen advertising.
• Ability to research consumer preferences, buying patterns, and market trends.
• Strong ad copywriting, scriptwriting, and creative concept development.
• Practical use of AI tools for research, briefs, and script development.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Turn research into relevant campaigns by translating insights into messaging and creative ideas.
• Develop briefs and scripts that connect customer needs with product benefits for assets.
• Collaborate with paid channels to bring finished assets to market and feed performance.
• Manage exclusive strategic affiliate partnerships and review their performance with leadership.
