Job summary

Puffy, a nine-figure D2C mattress brand, is hiring a Marketing Manager, AI-First, to own the path from consumer insight to campaign. You will oversee consumer research, campaign strategy, AI-assisted briefs and scripts, and selected partnerships, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing.

You will turn shopper needs into campaigns and creative that perform, building a research-to-brief process that guides our creative and paid teams to assets that convert.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years with D2C e-commerce brands.
• Ability to develop performance marketing ideas informed by consumer insights.
• Understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google Search, Demand Gen).
• Ability to translate consumer research into relevant messaging and campaigns.
• Experience writing briefs, scripts, and guiding AI-assisted creative work.
