Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand, seeks a Marketing Manager, AI-First, to own the path from consumer insight to campaign, covering research, strategy, AI-assisted briefs and scripts, and selective partnerships. This individual contributor role is remote for US located candidates, reporting to the Director of Marketing.

You’ll turn shopper insights into messaging and creative that drives performance, guiding AI video generation and paid channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years with D2C e-commerce brands.
• Ability to develop performance marketing ideas and creative strategies from consumer insights.
• Understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google) and AI tools for research.

Responsibilities

• Turn consumer insights into campaigns, briefs, and scripts for AI video and content teams.
• Manage exclusive strategic affiliate partnerships and review performance with leadership.
• Collaborate with paid channels to bring assets to market and feed performance results back into concepts.
