Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading nine-figure D2C brand, is hiring a Marketing Manager, AI-First, to own the path from consumer insight to campaign across research, strategy, AI-assisted briefs and scripts, and selected strategic partnerships, reporting to the Director of Marketing.

This role is remote within the United States and exists to turn online shopper needs into campaigns that perform, guiding AI-enabled creative teams and collaborating with paid channels to bring assets to market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in D2C e-commerce.
• Ability to develop performance marketing ideas from consumer insights.
• Understanding of Meta, Google Search, and Demand Gen advertising.
• Experience researching consumer preferences and translating into messaging.
• Proficiency in writing briefs and scripts for creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Turn consumer insights into campaigns and briefs for AI video generation.
• Manage exclusive strategic affiliate partnerships and review performance.
• Develop briefs, concepts, and ad scripts guiding creative teams.
• Collaborate with paid channels to bring assets to market and assess results.
