CrowdStrike is seeking a senior leader to drive AI transformation within Finance and Accounting. You will define governance, prioritize high-value AI use cases, and partner with IT, Data, and stakeholders to scale AI-enabled finance processes across the organization.

The role focuses on building an AI-enabled finance function, delivering ROI, and ensuring governance aligned with enterprise policy. This is a remote USA opportunity with strong collaboration across global teams.

Formación

• 12+ years combined experience in Finance or Accounting Transformation, with at least 3+ years delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Proven experience standing up and/or scaling AI transformation programs.
• Strong working knowledge of core Finance and Accounting processes (Close, Consolidation, FP&A, Controls Frameworks).

Responsabilidades

• Define the F&A AI operating model, charter, and governance forums.
• Maintain F&A’s AI transformation roadmap including AI project intake, prioritization, and implementation.
• Evaluate new AI platforms, embedded ERP / Enterprise systems AI features, and specialist Finance AI tools.
• Lead change management and adoption campaigns; measure capability uplift and behavioral adoption.
