Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to turn AI opportunities into production-grade solutions. You will own discovery conversations with executives, translate needs into concrete architectures, and deliver end-to-end AI-enabled systems.

You’ll work hands-on across design, integration, and delivery, ensuring value and reliability in regulated enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a mainstream stack.
• 1-4 years building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Experience with frontier AI developer tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.

Responsibilities

• Discover in workshops and process discovery with stakeholders to identify genuine AI problems.
• Structure processes and specifications for automation, mapping current state and exceptions.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration, context, retrieval architecture, and integration.
