Job summary

FullStack seeks a high-impact engineer to embed with enterprise teams, shaping AI-enabled solutions from discovery through production. You will design agentic systems, build end-to-end automations, and own delivery pipelines in client environments, working with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software, 1–4 years in AI systems, and a strong grasp of CI/CD, APIs, and enterprise integration.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience with major stacks.
1-4 years building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems.
Advanced English required.
Four-year college degree required.
Experience with AI developer tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.

Responsibilities

Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with stakeholders to identify AI problems and scoped point of view.
Structure the process and the spec for automation, mapping current state to executable specifications.
Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration and tool integration.
Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, and integration layers.
Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD, environments, and release processes.
Consult with CTOs and VPs, defend decisions, and support pre-sales scoping.
