Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who dive into client environments to architect AI-enabled solutions. You embed with enterprise teams, validate AI opportunities, and craft end-to-end systems that operate in real settings with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients.

You will combine consultant, operator, and engineer roles, shaping architecture decisions, scope, and delivery. Expect hands-on implementation and direct client engagement to prove value quickly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development in mainstream stacks.
• 1-4 years building and shipping LLM-powered and agentic AI systems beyond prototypes.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools: Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex.
• Proven experience evaluating current-state environments and defining technical roadmaps.
• Experience with APIs, service design, event-driven and distributed systems, and data modeling.
• Experience designing and owning CI/CD pipelines including build, test, release and environments.

Responsibilities

• Discover through workshops and process discovery with stakeholders to define scoped, defensible AI opportunities.
• Structure the process and the spec for automation: map current state, decisions, and exceptions.
• Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems: orchestration, context, tool integration, guardrails, and DL/AI components.
• Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, integration layers.
• Own CI/CD for what you build: environments, tests, releases.
• Consult and defend decisions with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and leadership; support pre-sales scoping.
