Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to design and build AI-enabled systems. You’ll combine consultant, operator, and engineer roles to validate business cases and deliver production-grade AI pipelines inside enterprise environments.

You’ll work with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients, leveraging your software craftsmanship to ship end-to-end agentic solutions and own CI/CD across complex delivery pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development with a mainstream stack.
• 1-4 years building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond demos.
• Advanced English required for client-facing work.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Hands-on with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
• Proven ability to evaluate current-state environments and define roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Discover: run workshops with stakeholders to scope defensible AI solutions.
• Structure: map current state, decisions, and exceptions into specs.
• Architect & design: end-to-end agentic systems, context, and tool integrations.
• Build: ship working AI-enabled systems and internal tooling.
• Engineer delivery: own CI/CD including environments and releases.
• Consult: present decisions to CTOs/VPs and support pre-sales scoping.
