FullStack seeks Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to scope AI-enabled solutions. You’ll architect, build, and deploy production-grade agents inside enterprise workflows, balancing technical delivery with business outcomes.

This consultant, operator, engineer role requires collaboration with executives, hands-on coding, and a track record delivering reliable AI systems in regulated settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with major stacks.
• 1–4 years building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes.
• Advanced English required.
• Four-year college degree completed.
• Experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
• Proven API, service design, and CI/CD experience.

Responsibilities

• Discover, workshop, and scope AI problems with clients and engineers.
• Structure processes and specifications for automated workflows.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems including context, retrieval, and integration.
• Build working systems: agents, automations, and internal tooling.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, environments, and release processes.
• Consult with CTOs/VPs and support pre-sales scoping and proposals.
