Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect, build, and sustain AI-enabled solutions in real client environments. You will balance consultant, operator, and engineer roles, shaping discovery conversations and delivering scalable AI-powered systems.

You’ll work with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients, owning architecture decisions and end-to-end delivery pipelines, while demonstrating value through rapid prototyping and robust deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
• 1-4 years of professional experience building and shipping LLM-powered and agentic AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
• Advanced English required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec for any business or engineering process being automated.
• Architect & design agentic end-to-end systems including orchestration, context retrieval, tool integration, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop checks.
• Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, integration layers; prototypes prove value quickly.
• Engineer the delivery system: own CI/CD, build, test, release, environments.
• Consult: present and defend decisions to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and business leadership; support pre-sales scoping.
