Job summary

FullStack is seeking experienced engineers to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and ship production-grade systems. You will own discovery, design, and delivery across complex client environments, balancing business value with robust, auditable architectures.

You will work with Fortune 500 clients and regulated industries, applying rigorous engineering practices, CI/CD, and security considerations while driving adoption of enterprise AI across diverse domains.

Qualifications

Experience with production AI systems and agentic AI.
Experience evaluating current-state environments and defining technical roadmaps.
Strong understanding of APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience leading client-facing discovery calls.
Proven end-to-end delivery ownership.

Responsibilities

Discover with workshops and process discovery.
Structure the process and the spec.
Architect & design agentic systems end to end.
Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling.
Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD and environments.
Consult and defend decisions to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and business leadership.
