Job summary

FullStack is seeking a senior engineer to embed with enterprise teams, architecting AI-enabled solutions and delivering in production. You will be a consultant, operator, and engineer, running discovery with C-suite and engineering leaders while shaping architecture and delivery pipelines.

You’ll own end-to-end delivery, from discovery to deployment, with a focus on robust, enterprise-grade integrations and governed AI applications across Fortune 500 environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a mainstream stack.
• Advanced English is required; strong client-facing discovery skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
• Proven ability to design APIs, services, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Run workshops and discovery with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Map current state, decisions, and exceptions for automation.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems, including orchestration and tooling.
• Build and ship working AI-enabled solutions with CI/CD ownership.
• Present decisions to CTOs/VPs and contribute to pre-sales where needed.
