Job summary

Voice Systems Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Head of AI Enablement & Transformation to consolidate ongoing AI initiatives into a single, well-governed program. You will lead a broad enablement effort across ~45 non-technical professionals, building safe AI capabilities and an adoption-focused culture.

You will design guardrails, partner with Legal/HR/IT, and own the AI scorecard while driving measurable improvements in efficiency and capability through AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping agentic AI systems used by non-engineers.
• 7+ years in technology, operations, product, or transformation roles with 2+ years of applied generative AI work.
• Experience establishing governance, responsible-AI or data-handling policies in live environments.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate ongoing AI work into a single, governed program with clear guardrails.
• Lead hands-on enablement across the company with playbooks and office hours.
• Redesign core workflows around AI capabilities in partnership with business teams.
• Own the AI scorecard, publish weekly metrics and adjust targets transparently.
• Decide tooling stack, evaluate models and platforms, and define guardrails.
• Manage the use-case pipeline from intake to rollout and retirement of initiatives.
• Ensure output quality by validating against sources and maintaining human oversight.
• Support the team’s growth with scorecards and coaching while balancing workload.
