Job summary

Voice Systems Engineering, Inc. seeks a Head of AI Enablement & Transformation to unify AI work across the company. This builder role requires hands-on prototyping of generative AI agents, safe tooling for non-technical users, and leadership of AI champions throughout the business.

You will own the stack, guardrails, and scorecards, while driving governance, tooling decisions, and cross-functional enablement. Immediate impact is expected through structured programs.

Qualifications

• Track record shipping agentic AI systems used in production.
• 7+ years in technology, operations, product, consulting or transformation with at least 2 years of applied generative AI work.
• Fluency in the current LLM ecosystem: prompting, agents, tool use, evaluation, retrieval and orchestration.
• Coding or scripting ability to prototype and integrate via APIs.
• Proven success rolling out AI across a non-technical workforce with measurable gains.
• Experience establishing governance or responsible-AI policies in live environments.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate ongoing AI work into one governed program.
• Lead weekly enablement across the company and build playbooks.
• Redesign core workflows around AI capabilities and adoption.
• Own the AI scorecard; publish weekly results and adjust targets.
• Decide tooling, evaluate models, platforms and vendors; manage PoCs.
• Establish guardrails, autonomy model, and data-handling policies.
• Manage the use-case pipeline from intake to rollout and retirements.
