Voice Systems Engineering, Inc. seeks a strategic Head of AI Enablement & Transformation to consolidate and scale AI across the company. You will lead hands-on AI work, prototype agents, and build governance and training frameworks for a largely non-technical workforce.

As a remote-first leader, you will design playbooks, manage a network of AI champions, and measure adoption with clear scorecards. Expect collaboration with Legal, HR, and IT to ensure responsible deployment.

Qualifications

• Track record of building and shipping AI agents, automations, or LLM tools within 12 months.
• 7+ years in technology, operations, product, consulting or transformation roles, incl. 2+ years AI work.
• Scripting or coding ability to prototype and integrate via APIs.

Responsabilités

• Build and ship AI capabilities: prototypes, agents, evaluation frameworks, deployment readiness for non-engineers.
• Redesign workflows to leverage AI capabilities across functions.
• Own the AI scorecard with weekly metrics and targets.
• Decide tooling stack and establish guardrails withLegal/HR/IT as partners.
• Manage the use-case pipeline from intake to rollout and retirement.
• Ensure quality by validating outputs against sources and retraining after updates.
• Support the team with coaching and a measurable impact on adoption.
