Job summary

Outmarket AI is seeking a Strategy & BizOps Senior Manager/Manager to act as a core operating partner to the Head of Finance & Strategy and leadership. You will tackle high-impact initiatives spanning finance, GTM, operations, and product analytics, turning ambiguous questions into structured analysis and concrete execution.

You will build operating rhythms, dashboards, and AI-enabled processes while collaborating across functions.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8+ years of experience in finance (investment banking, private equity) or management consulting and at a high-growth startup
• Strong analytical skills with financial data, modeling, and spreadsheet-based analysis
• Structured thinking and ability to break down ambiguous problems into practical steps
• Strong execution skills and willingness to own outcomes end to end
• Ability to build trust quickly with internal stakeholders and work across functions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort moving between strategy, analysis, and hands-on execution without rigid org boundaries

Responsibilities

• Own high-priority initiatives from scoping through execution.
• Build and evolve core operating rhythms (weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting).
• Design and improve mission-critical business processes across functions.
• Build dashboards, metrics, and success measures for leadership visibility.
• Design and deploy AI workflows, automations, and agent-driven processes using the existing stack.
• Support board and investor reporting with analysis and narrative development.
• Partner cross-functionally to solve complex operational problems quickly.
• Create structure where none exists yet.
