Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial operations within public sector SaaS; K–12 education experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to plan, execute, and measure multi‑channel marketing campaigns tied to revenue and pipeline outcomes.
• Strong operational mindset balancing strategy with hands‑on execution in a results‑driven environment.
• Fluency with sales and marketing platforms (CRM, automation, analytics, CMS).
• Strong writing and design sensibility for clear, engaging messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a coordinated marketing calendar aligning launches, events, lifecycle marketing, and ABM initiatives.
• Deploy campaigns across channels—website, email, social, ads, events—ensuring brand alignment and targeting.
• Execute performance marketing including SEM, paid social, audience targeting, and keyword research.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to design workflows, create content, and accelerate research and analysis.
• Analyze campaign ROI and translate insights into optimization strategies for future plans.
• Partner with sales leadership to support sales enablement and alignment with product messaging.
• Collaborate with product, services, and support to reflect capabilities and customer value externally.
