Harris School Solutions is seeking a strategic and hands-on Sales & Marketing Operations Lead to join our growing team. This role focuses on increasing sales by improving lead quality and quantity through messaging and engagement, spanning marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and AI-driven workflows.

You will collaborate with product, services, and support to reflect product value and drive revenue, in a fully remote, SaaS-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales, marketing, or commercial ops in public sector SaaS.
• K–12 education experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and execution skills.
• Fluent in driving multi-channel campaigns tied to revenue.
• Strong writing, design sensibility, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a coordinated marketing calendar aligned with product launches and ABM initiatives.
• Deploy campaigns across channels: website, email, social, ads, events, and trade shows.
• Execute performance marketing including SEM, paid social, audience targeting, and keyword research.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and scale.
• Analyze campaign ROI and provide actionable insights.
• Support sales enablement with content and tools.
• Collaborate with product, professional services, and support to reflect product value.
• Optimize marketing and sales tech platforms and AI tools.
