Qualifications

• 3+ years in a revenue-driving, customer-facing technical role.
• Ecommerce knowledge; Shopify ecosystem experience preferred.
• Experience with Shopify/ecommerce brands (enterprise level).
• Customer-first mindset and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls with prospects and document requests.
• Demo Postscript capabilities and AI-driven features for customers.
• Prepare demos with AEs and collaborate with onboarding/engineering during POC delivery.
• Provide API guidance and build integrations for standard and custom use cases.
• Create technical content and playbooks to scale solutions.
