Job summary

Storm Ideas is seeking an AI-enabled sales enablement professional for an all-remote role from Tunisia. You will design, run, and improve the conversion engine, producing proof-driven decks, case studies and proposals for US entertainment clients. You’ll work with senior teams to ensure accuracy, permissions and brand alignment in fast-paced engagements.

The role emphasizes judgement, systems thinking, and hands-on ownership of end-to-end materials and workflows in an AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Strong structuring and writing ability to turn evidence into clear commercial narratives.
• Experience in sales enablement, proposals or bids within agency or consultancy marketing.
• Comfort working with senior leaders and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and run Storm’s AI-first conversion engine with structured proof and reusable modules.
• Maintain a proof library with case studies, outcomes and permissions.
• Create pitch decks, proposals, and RFP responses that are on-brand and persuasive.
