Postscript is the AI-driven SMS revenue platform trusted by 20,000+ Shopify brands. As a Sales Engineer, you will collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to bring customers' conversational commerce visions to life.

This fully remote role supports US/Canada-based teams and customers, with opportunities to shape best practices and playbooks. You will demo advanced use cases, run proofs of concepts, and ensure successful handoffs to onboarding.

Qualifications

3+ years in a revenue-driving, customer-facing technical role.
Experience with ecommerce, Shopify ecosystem, and enterprise brands.
Strong customer-first attitude and ability to translate complex tech for diverse audiences.
Proficiency with frontend web technologies (JavaScript, CSS).
Excitement about AI, with experience using AI in workflows.
Experience with email marketing platforms and API integrations.

Responsibilities

Become an expert on the Postscript platform and its use cases.
Lead technical discovery calls and demo advanced capabilities.
Document customer requests for Product and collaborate on implementations.
Deliver POCs and collaborate with onboarding/engineering teams to scale success.
Create technical content and provide API integration guidance for customers.
