Job summary

Postscript, the AI messaging platform trusted by 20,000+ Shopify brands, has been fully remote since 2018. As a Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to demonstrate and deliver AI-powered conversational commerce solutions using Postscript integrations and APIs.

This fully remote role can be based anywhere in the US or Canada. You will run technical discovery calls, tailor demos with AEs, guide proof-of-concept deployments, and ensure

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a revenue-driving, customer-facing technical role (solutions engineer, sales engineer, support engineer or related).
• Ecommerce knowledge; Shopify ecosystem experience highly preferred.
• Experience with top-tier Shopify/ecommerce brands; enterprise in this space means high-GMV DTC or omnichannel retailers.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the Postscript platform, detailing use cases and capabilities.
• Lead technical discovery calls with prospects and document new product requests.
• Prepare demos with account executives to showcase platform capabilities and integrations.
• Execute POCs for complex use cases with onboarding and engineering support as needed.
• Provide API usage guidance and integration support to customers and partners.
• Create technical content and best-practice guides for customers.
