Job summary

Circle is leading a transformative Global Risk Management (GRM) AI initiative to move from manual processes to AI-native workflows. You will shape an ambitious vision, design reusable AI primitives, and partner with the central AI team to scale enterprise AI across risk domains.

In this role, you will drive process redesign, governance, and change management while partnering with compliance, security, and finance leaders to deliver measurable impact and headcount efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business process transformation, operational excellence, management consulting, product/program management, or related discipline.
• Ability to reimagine and optimize complex business processes with organizational change.
• Strong fluency with modern AI, including generative AI and agentic concepts.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives end to end.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills for workshops and alignment.
• Exposure to risk management, compliance, security, or a regulated domain.
• Strong program and portfolio management skills, tracking multiple initiatives.
• Autonomy with a builder’s mindset and bias for action.
• Excellent communication for executives and committees.
• Commitment to governance, controls, and responsible AI from day one.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with GRM process owners to define AI-native future state visions.
• Drive mindset shifts from adding AI to native AI-enabled processes.
• Help build an AI-native GRM organization with agents and human oversight.
• Champion execution of Circle's AI Risk Management framework across GRM AI.
• Shape architecture with reusable building blocks and shared platforms.
• Coordinate with central AI team and other orgs for enterprise-wide AI.
• Own GRM reporting on AI transformation, roadmap progress, and blockers.
• Prepare updates for GRM leadership, risk committees, and executives.
