Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business process transformation or related fields.
• Strong ability to reimagine and optimize complex processes from current to future state.
• Fluency with modern AI concepts and applying them to business problems.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives end to end.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Exposure to risk management, compliance, or a regulated domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with GRM process owners to define an AI-native future state for each process.
• Drive the mindset shift from AI-adjacent to AI-native workflows with intelligent agents.
• Build and guide GRM into an AI-native organization with people focusing on judgment and oversight.
• Ensure AI developments follow Circle's AI Risk Management framework with proper guardrails.
• Shape target architecture and reusable building blocks for enterprise-wide AI initiatives.
• Coordinate with central AI teams and other orgs to align platforms and standards.
• Develop and maintain GRM reporting on AI transformation with progress, blockers, and impact.
• Prepare updates for GRM leadership and risk committees against the roadmap.
