Circle is expanding its Global Risk Management (GRM) through an AI-native transformation. You will lead the reinvention of processes, partnering with compliance, financial crime, security, and risk teams to define an ambitious AI-driven portfolio.

The role emphasizes governance, guardrails, and responsible AI practices while enabling scale across Circle. You will drive workshops, design future-state processes around intelligent agents, and coordinate with Circle’s central AI team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business process transformation or related discipline.
• Proven ability to reimagine and optimize complex processes.
• Strong fluency with modern AI and agentic concepts.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives end to end.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with GRM process owners to define an ambitious AI-native future state for each process.
• Challenge assumptions and drive mindset shift to native AI-enabled processes.
• Help build GRM into an AI-native organization with agents handling core workflows.
• Ensure AI developments follow risk management and governance frameworks.
