Job summary

Neura Health is building a nationwide, doctor-led virtual neurology clinic. We seek a RevOps-focused leader to own outbound AI workflows, CRM architecture, and pipeline metrics, partnering with GTM and sales to convert meetings into tangible pipeline.

You will design intelligent outreach, manage target lists, and stand up AI tooling to accelerate growth while maintaining a high bar for patient access to brain health care.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on AI fluency with LLMs or AI agents.
• Real U.S. healthcare knowledge: rural and critical access hospital dynamics, 340B, payer mix.
• 3–8+ years in RevOps, sales engineering, GTM engineering, or growth roles in healthtech startups.
• Strong technical chops: comfortable in HubSpot or Salesforce administration, SQL, and no-code/low-code automation tools.
• Soft skills: clear communicator, collaborative, decisive, and mission-aligned.
• Culture fit: empathic, results-oriented, low-ego, transparent, and excited about expanding access to high-quality neurological care.

Responsibilities

• Own the primary metric: daily qualified meetings with rural/health system decision-makers; optimize AI-driven engine.
• Design and run agentic outbound workflows for enriched outreach and lead scoring.
• Build and maintain rural health system target lists and scoring models for higher conversion.
• Stand up AI SDR/agent tooling for automated prospecting, follow-ups, and scheduling.
• Continuously test outbound messaging, channels, and sequencing for impact.
• Own RevOps backbone: CRM architecture (HubSpot), stages, attribution, reporting.
• Partner with GTM and sales to convert meetings to actual pipeline; coach on AI tools.
• Build dashboards showing meetings, sources, and pipeline health.
