Job summary

SemantIQ Health, Inc. is seeking a GTM Engineer to own the systems and processes powering our go-to-market motion. You’ll build and maintain the tooling, automation, and data infrastructure that enables sales, marketing, and customer success to operate efficiently.

This role emphasizes AI-assisted development, no-code tools, and scripts to scale RevOps. You’ll own lead routing, pipeline management, forecasting, onboarding workflows, and reporting, collaborating with leadership to remove

Qualifications

• 3+ years in RevOps or GTM ops roles
• Proficient with CRM platforms and marketing automation
• Strong analytical skills with funnels, cohorts, and conversion rates
• Ability to learn Python and work with AI tools

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the RevOps stack including CRM and marketing automation
• Build internal tooling and automation using AI coding assistants
• Design lead scoring, routing, and handoff processes
• Create dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and customer health metrics
• Manage integrations across sales, marketing, and product systems
• Document processes and ensure data quality across GTM systems
• Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to identify bottlenecks and solutions
