You’ll work with senior designers and PMs and enjoy fully remote, flexible hours, with growth and mentorship from co-founders. The role emphasizes impact over transactional hiring.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced tech environments.
• We build AI into daily workflow and hiring processes.
• Confidence with ATSs, outreach platforms, and HR tech.

Responsibilities

• Own each search end-to-end from brief to offer and timelines.
• Be the main point of contact for clients, candidates, and experts; build trust-based relationships.
• Work with top-tier talent and write sharp, non-template job descriptions and outreach.
• Manage sourcing through internal network and targeted external search.
• Track progress with data and feedback; raise team quality.
