Hook Alliance is seeking an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to support a rapidly growing organization focused on AI and emerging technologies. This fully remote role targets highly specialized AI, data, software engineering, and GTM talent across the AI ecosystem.

You will partner with hiring managers to design recruiting strategies, source and interview top-tier AI professionals, and build robust pipelines of passive candidates in dynamic markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting AI, ML, data, software engineering, and AI go-to-market roles.
• Strong understanding of the AI technology stack and related skill sets.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive technical talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for AI, engineering, and go-to-market roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, engage, screen, and interview top-tier technical and commercial talent.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates across AI and emerging technology markets.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide regular updates on recruiting activity, pipeline health, and market insights.
