Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, backend engineering, technical PMM, or similar)
• Ability to travel to training and customer events 10-12 weeks per year
• Strong understanding of observability concepts and needs of SRE/platform teams
• Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear, value-focused stories
• Experience presenting technical content through demos, workshops, or webinars
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a crisp, structured, persuasive style
• Cross-functional collaboration with PMM, Product, SEs, DevRel, and Field Engineering

Responsibilities

• Build strategic, buyer-focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars
• Create and maintain polished, narrative-driven demos highlighting Grafana’s value for SRE and platform leaders
• Record technical demo videos and walkthroughs with content teams
• Lead webinars, workshops, and technical sessions for evaluators
• Teach customers why Grafana's approach is differentiated and valuable
• Use AI tools to scale content across channels
• Enable SEs with consistent messaging and demo guidance
• Produce value-driven talk tracks and competitive narratives
• Collaborate with PMMs to shape content strategy for key buyer personas
• Extend narratives into analyst briefings, forums, conferences and online communities
• Provide automation to streamline demo setup and asset updates
