Job summary

Proscia Inc. is seeking a Demand Generation Campaign Manager to own build and execution of demand generation campaigns. You’ll work with the Head of Corporate Marketing to design and run campaigns in HubSpot, including segmentation, workflows, landing pages, and reporting.

You’ll manage the operational layer beneath lead management, including scoring, routing, lifecycle progression, and feedback loops between qualification and targeting, with a small, external-partner-enabled team.

Qualifications

• Experience building and executing demand generation programs.
• Strong ability to segment audiences and craft nurture programs.
• Fluency with AI tooling to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build and run demand gen campaigns in HubSpot end to end.
• Create segmentation lists and target accounts with AI-informed insights.
• Oversee scoring, routing, and lifecycle progression between marketing and sales.
• Support industry conference programs with pre-event invitations and follow-ups.
