Bland AI in San Francisco seeks a Demand Generation Lead to own our enterprise pipeline. You will design and execute campaigns across paid media, email, events, ABM, and product launches, while driving optimization and measurable results.

You’ll build scalable lifecycle programs, manage HubSpot operations, dashboards, and reporting, and partner with Sales to accelerate growth. If you love data-driven marketing and building systems that scale, this is the role for you.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience.
• Strong analytics, dashboards, attribution, and ROI mindset.
• Hands-on operator with HubSpot and marketing automation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation end-to-end—from strategy to optimization and pipeline generation.
• Build quarterly plans across paid, email, events, ABM, content, and product launches.
• Manage HubSpot, lifecycle programs, lead scoring, nurture campaigns, and dashboards.
• Partner with Sales to run ABM campaigns and optimize funnel performance.
• Create and maintain reporting on CAC, pipeline, and marketing efficiency.
