Job summary

Proscia is seeking a Demand Generation Campaign Manager to own the build, execution, and measurement of campaigns. You will work directly with the Head of Corporate Marketing, running campaigns in HubSpot—from segmentation to reporting—and shaping how we target accounts with AI-driven insights.

You’ll bridge marketing and sales by managing scoring, routing, lifecycle progression, and feedback loops that sharpen qualification.

Qualifications

• Experience building campaigns in HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Fluency with AI in daily work.
• Ability to build campaigns end to end including emails, workflows, landing pages, forms.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute demand generation campaigns in HubSpot end to end: emails, workflows, landing pages, forms, lists, and campaign structure.
• Build the segmented persona-level lists our campaigns run against and research target accounts for digital pathology maturity.
• Own the operations beneath marketing and sales SLAs including scoring, routing, lifecycle progression, and recycling logic.
• Own the campaign layer around our industry conference program from pre-event invitations.
