Aptitude 8, a leading HubSpot solutions consultancy, seeks a Demand Gen Manager to own strategy, run multi-channel campaigns, and scale AI-enabled marketing operations. You’ll manage HubSpot automation, nurture programs, and partner marketing while building a data-driven pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand generation or marketing roles.
• Experience owning paid campaigns and pipeline reporting.
• Expert in HubSpot with a strong martech stack.
• Fluent with AI-enabled GTM tools such as Clay/ChatGPT.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, and events.
• Manage paid media and conversion optimization.
• Own marketing automation, database health, and lead scoring in HubSpot.
• Design AI-enabled operations workflows and automation.
• Own audiences and segmentation.
• Align with Sales and Partnerships for lead handoff and SQL quality.
• Track performance and build AI-assisted dashboards for ROI insights.
• Lead customer marketing initiatives (reviews, upsell, referrals).
• Serve as HubSpot subject matter expert and build demos.
• Support partner marketing campaigns and campaign deployment.
• Leverage Content Manager to power campaigns with rich content.
• Coordinate with Marketing Coordinator on logistics and materials.
• Develop event strategy with the Director of Marketing and manage ROI.
